Marking a historic decade of faith, mission, and pastoral growth across the United Kingdom, the Syro-Malabar Eparchy of Great Britain celebrated its tenth anniversary at Our Lady Immaculate Church in Tolworth, London.
Presiding over the solemn Thanksgiving Liturgy, Cardinal Mar George Jacob Koovakad, Prefect of the Vatican Dicastery for Interreligious Dialogue, delivered a stirring message—challenging every believer to step out as a fearless apostle of encounter and dialogue in an increasingly fractured world. A decade of vibrant faith, rooted heritage, and spiritual endurance came together under one roof during the grand Thanksgiving Holy Qurbana. Joining the Vatican cardinal at the altar were Eparchial Bishop Mar Joseph Srampical, Apostolic Nuncio Archbishop Miguel Maury Buendía, and a distinguished assembly of Archbishops and Bishops. Watch this complete coverage highlighting the civic felicitation, featuring UK Member of Parliament Sojan Joseph, which reaffirmed the growing impact of the Syro-Malabar Catholic diaspora on British society.
