Since its founding, Shekinah has remained steadfast in its mission to present news and current affairs — both local and international — through the lens of truth, guided by faith, integrity, and the spirit of the Gospel. The anniversary celebrations began with a Holy Mass offered in thanksgiving to God. The Eucharistic celebration was presided over by Bishop Tony Neelankavil, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Thrissur, and concelebrated by the spiritual fathers of Shekinah — Fr. Rinjo Olappurakkal, Fr. Varghese Ookken, Fr. Bosco Njaliarh, and Fr. Cyril Edamana.
