MEGAPOLL PREDICTS FARAGE’S REFORM PARTY LANDSLIDE IN COMMONS

A new “mega poll” has projected that Nigel Farage’s Reform UK could win an unprecedented majority in Parliament if a general election were held now. The seat-by-seat survey, reportedly conducted by Electoral Calculus and PLMR, suggests Reform could capture around 445 seats, leaving Labour with just 73 and the Conservatives with only 7. The Liberal Democrats and SNP would hold about 40 seats each, while several senior Labour figures, including Rachel Reeves and Yvette Cooper, could lose their constituencies.
The poll, based on more than 7,000 respondents, paints a picture of widespread voter anger over immigration, the cost of living, and dissatisfaction with the main parties. However, analysts warn the outcome could shift dramatically if tactical voting or late campaign dynamics come into play. While critics question the poll’s assumptions, it underscores the growing possibility of a major political realignment in the UK.
