A devastating airstrike on a hospital in Kabul has left at least 400 people dead and around 250 others injured, according to Afghan authorities. The Taliban has condemned the attack, calling it a blatant offense against civilians and a serious violation of international law. The strike reportedly targeted a large drug rehabilitation center on March 16, destroying major sections of the building and trapping patients and staff under rubble.

The attack has sharply escalated tensions between Afghanistan and Pakistan. Both nations continue to accuse each other of harboring militant groups responsible for cross-border attacks.
